Frequently Asked Questions
How much does dog training cost in Perris?
Costs vary depending on the program type, duration, and level of training your dog needs. Current Board & Train and puppy-program prices are published on our plans and pricing page.
Contact us at (760) 477-4875 for a free consultation and help identifying the appropriate option for your dog. Training packages must be paid in full before lessons are scheduled.
What's included in your guarantee?
Private lessons offer a 100% refund after the initial lesson if you are not happy with the experience. Private lessons do not guarantee specific results because owner practice and follow-through are essential and outside the trainer’s control.
The current obedience, reactive, and rehabilitation Board & Train packages advertise reliable performance of the commands included in the selected program and free lifetime refresher training. The 4-Week “Rap Sheet” Rehabilitation Program does not guarantee a complete fix for every behavior.
Do you use e-collars, and are they safe?
Off Leash K9 Training of Murrieta describes the e-collar as a communication tool and generally introduces remote-collar training at five months or older. Younger puppies begin with clicker, marker, treat, and reward-based foundations.
Before enrolling, ask the trainer to explain the equipment, fit, settings, training methods, potential risks, and how your dog’s response will be monitored. This information can help you determine whether the program and equipment match your preferences and your dog’s needs.
How long does training take to see results?
Current Board & Train programs run from two to four weeks, depending on the selected track. The Positive Puppy Program also runs for four weeks.
Private-training timelines depend on the selected package, the dog’s starting behavior, the owner’s goals, and consistent practice between sessions. Results and long-term reliability vary, so owners should expect to continue reinforcing the training after the formal program ends.
